Day-of Coordination

Starting at: $1,000

Our Day-Of Coordination Service allows us to be the glue that holds everything together. We'll be there to accommodate your every need, and ensure your day is perfect!

This package gives our clients and couples the freedom of designing and planning their dream Wedding or Event. We will meet to discuss details, create a day-of timeline, and to discuss any final updates before the big day.

The Day-of Coordinator will be there up to 10 hours during the Day-of the Wedding or Event to handle set-up, timeline guidance, clean-up, and to ensure you're stress free and your champagne is never empty!

Month-of Coordination

Starting at: $1,800

Our Month-of Coordination Service allows us tightly tie any loose ends you may have into a neat bow. We will make sure the last few weeks leading up to your big day runs smoothly and efficiently. 

Our Month-of Coordination is for our couples and clients who planned and designed their big day, but need help bringing it together in the final stages. This package includes our Day-of Coordination support, and assistance in final communication with vendors. You'll receive 2 (two) complimentary in-person meetings to discuss vendor information, details, timelines and any final updates.

Your Month-of Coordinator will provide assistance up to 10 hours during the Rehearsal and day-of, and will ensure your Wedding or Event is set-up perfectly and runs according to plan. Leaving you ready to party!

Partial Coordination

Starting at: $3,000

Our Partial Coordination Service allows us to be the one you skip down memory lane with. We promise to take your vision and assist you in making it a reality for your special day. 

Partial Coordination is for our couples and clients who know what they want, but may need help with design elements. This package includes our Day-of Coordination and Month-of Coordination support, as well as assistance in event design and vendor recommendations. You'll receive unlimited e-mails, 4 (four) in-person meetings to discuss vendors, details, and final updates, and up to 10 hours of assistance the day-of.

Lorraine & Co. Events, LLC will be by your side leading up to your Wedding or Event to instill a lasting relationship, guidance and calmness throughout your planning process and big-day!

This package is for those who seek assistance with everything else that comes along with a Wedding or Large Event. The small details matter the most, so allow us to help you check another item off your list. 

Lorraine & Co. Events, LLC offers assistance for your next Event's Design! Our assistance includes, but is not limited to - Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, and Creative Details!

This service helps guide you with overall Event Design. It includes an initial phone meeting, plus one in-person meeting. This service provides two options to choose from:

1. Assistance in producing and executing games, menu ideas, decorations, and overall space design - we love vision boards!

2. The creation of customized details; for example -

Table Numbers, Wedding/Event Programs, Menus, etc.!
